Kwatra offered this expression on Monday, only hours after the arrival of the people was reported. Prior to that, in 2008, PM Manmohan Singh went to Qatar.

Who are the eight Indians liberated by Qatar?

The eight Indian nationals who were held in Qatar were: Chiefs Navtej Gill and Saurabh Vasisht, Leaders Purnendu Tiwari, Amit Nagpal, SK Gupta, BK Verma, and Sugunakar Pakala, and mariner Ragesh.

While seven of these men have returned, Authority Tiwari couldn’t return because of forthcoming desk work.”
